The Seven Realms was born from a shared passion for supporting meaningful integration after profound experiences. As longtime guides in the psychedelic world, we noticed seven common areas of experience – realms – that consistently surface in people’s journeys. These Seven Realms have been supported through conversations with clients, professional peers, friends, and our own plant spirit allies. Each realm offers endless possibilities for exploration and embodiment. Distilling psychedelic experiences into core parts makes integration more accessible and supports clarity, growth, and expansion.

About the Creators
About the Creators
Ashley Collins (she/her) and Erik Blender are the co-creators of Seven Realms of Psychedelic Integration, a practice dedicated to supporting healing, transformation, and growth through intentional integration of psychedelic and peak experiences.
Together, they bring many years of experience in diverse healing modalities. Ashley is a trauma-informed counselor with a background in the Hakomi Method and parts work. Erik specializes in meditation, breathwork, music and sound as tools for inner exploration. Both are licensed Psilocybin Facilitators in Oregon and have served as educators and trainers of new facilitators with the Synaptic Institute.
Ashley and Erik live in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge in Oregon, where they draw daily inspiration from the natural world, their community, and their commitment to service.

Ramona Snow Teo is a visionary artist from New Mexico and the creative force behind Divine Nature Arts.
